Yes, unlike many other eCommerce stores, we do offer home delivery in countrywide. But, if the location is outside of Dhaka city areas, we ask for Tk. 150 to be paid advance before processing the order. The remaining amount will be collected as cash on delivery.
Delivery charges are depends on the location, the number of products you are ordering and also products weight.
In most cases, inside Dhaka city it is Tk. 80.00, Dhaka Suburb (Savar, Tongi, Narayanganj, Rupganj, Gazipur) Tk. 120 and other Areas its Tk. 150 for regular delivery charge.
Shipping time inside Dhaka 24 hours only and outside Dhaka 48/72 hours.
Urgent or Same day delivery charge is Tk. 120 (Available inside Dhaka only). For same day delivery, order have to be confirm before 3pm.

Payment can be done via online bank to bank transaction, mobile banking like- bkash, nagad, etc. or cash on delivery.
We offer products return within 3 working days if delivered items found defectives. It is suggested that, please check the product properly in-front of the delivery person to avoid possible issues. If found problem, don’t receive the products. If we failed to return or replace the products, we will definitely refund the money within next seven working days.
Return will not cover if the products found physically damaged, distorted, or removed any brand tags.
